When you’re tired, you can relax a little while watching television and listening to music that sounds cool. But you could be spending more time doing it in order to keep your health and fitness at a good low.

It would take you more than 20 years of your life to save that much money. The best advice is to just make sure your health is healthy and to be as active as possible, to keep your health up, and to keep your fitness on a high.
