Firstly, I have always had a good body image. I know that my body is not perfect. But I have a positive frame of mind about it. I am a great person to be around and make others feel comfortable.

We have done a lot of research into how to best take care of ourselves, and there is a lot of advice out there about what foods and supplements to consume to keep our bodies healthy. But really, any kind of diet is just a means by which we can keep our bodies healthy.

When you eat an entire plate of pasta every single day, you are still eating food (and it is food) and you are still consuming nutrients. We don’t really care about how our diet has been.

In his book, The Secret Sauce, Dr. Oz recommends drinking 2.4 cups of water a day. That is a large amount of water, but it is probably better than nothing. What we really need is to consume more water.

How much water do you drink? Do you drink enough water? Do you drink enough water to actually flush your colon out?

If so, you are not only better off, but you will feel better for your colon.

It is important to remember that one of the biggest problems in human health is the buildup of toxins. Dr. Oz suggests drinking at least 8-10 cups of water a day and drinking 2.4 cups of water per day. This is probably too much water, but you should still do it.

In my opinion, it is important to drink more water and drink more water every single day you are alive.
