What are the Tricks to Kick Your Worst Larimer County Health Department Habits?

The Health Department of Larimer County, New Mexico is one of the most well-known and respected health authorities in the state. I remember when I was a kid in the early ’90s when I first started working at the health department.

I remember going in to see Dr. Richard Pizarro, my health department supervisor, to ask for advice on a couple of health issues.

One of those health issues I asked Dr. Pizarro about was my habit of making a lot of trips on my bicycle into the city. It seems that Dr. Pizarro was very surprised that I would do this.

He explained that I didn’t know my way around a city, didn’t know the health department’s routes and that I would probably get into more trouble. If I did this then if I just went there unannounced.

To add insult to injury, Dr. Pizarro also suggested that I might have a tendency for being a little too “nervous.” He felt that if I was more outgoing and less anxious I would not need a lot of painkilling medication.

He felt that if I was more confident I would not take my meds and I would be less likely to need them. His advice for me was to start out with a low dose of something and slowly increase it until I reached a suitable dose.

I don’t know what Dr.Pizarro was trying to do in this case. But I do know that there are several steps that I could take to reduce the risk of getting sick. One is to take it easy.

I don’t want to do anything that makes me more nervous. And I certainly don’t want to do anything that makes me more anxious. I’m not going to start a diet and stick to it for months. I’m not going to get any more exercise.

My approach has always been to reduce the stress of my life. And I can tell you that the first step is to take it easy. The second step is to get out of the house more. The third step is to do a little self-inquiry.

The easiest way to kick bad habits and bad eating habits is just to step your butt out of the house and do something that you enjoy doing. Do something that makes you want to put your best foot forward and go for a run or a bike ride. If you don’t like to be outdoors, then you can always do it in a park.
