This should be a great guide for all Fitness Pussy lovers. It is a short list of exercises to perform daily. And it will make your muscles tingle as you go.

Although it is a list, it is a bit longer than I would like. I would like to see it split into two parts. It should be easy to remember and it should be more than just a list of exercises.

I think the point is that just the act of making an exercise list, and making it easy to remember, will make it more effective. Making it more effective than just a list of exercises is the whole point. Making it easy to remember should be a simple task that can be easily applied to countless situations.

The exercise part is easy. Just make sure you do it. The difficulty is in remembering to do it. There are lots of ways to do this, most of which are very difficult to remember. So if you are going to do this exercise, then you really need to do it for the proper amount of calories burned. That is to ensure that you burn the correct amount of calories for the right amount of time. It is very easy to get this wrong.
