If you’ve ever been a member of a gym, you’ve probably heard of the phrase, “the best workouts are the ones you start doing repeatedly.” Well, there’s a lot to celebrate this summer. We at Extreme Fitness hope to be the best gym in the world.
But in order to do this, we first have to become the best gym in the world. We’ve already done this by getting the best trainers, the best equipment, and the best training programs.
Now it’s time to make it a habit to start training again every day of the year. And we’re not just talking about the typical five-minute routine we do at the end of a workday.
Well, it sounds like we’re getting a little too extreme for our own good. But there is no question we’re making a lot of people very happy. And we’re also making a lot of people mad. But as a team, we’ve got a lot of good things to say about all this extreme fitness. We dont want to sound like we’re bragging, but that’s what we feel like.
So what exactly is Extreme Fitness?
Well, it’s a term that has become synonymous with the more extreme forms of exercise, and there is an entire industry built around it. From Crossfit to Ironman Triathlon to a whole bunch of other fitness activities, extreme workouts are almost as popular as their more mainstream counterpart. But there’s a difference between extreme and extreme exercise.
For the most part, extreme fitness is a type of exercise that is designed to help you build a strong physique. It may be a triathlon, a marathon, a bike ride, or even an intense workout like a bodybuilding contest.
But one thing that is typically excluded from extreme fitness is an exercise that involves a lot of body weight. These are more suitable for athletes. But just as much for anyone who wants a little extra lean muscle on their body but wants it done in a safe way.
To get your body looking great without all that exercise, get a strong workout in, like a triathlon. But if you don’t want to do that, there are other ways to get lean, like lifting weights. We’ve all been there, where you’re so sore you can barely move, and your coach tells you to do an intense workout so that your muscles will grow.
In the video, we get a little more into how this works. We find out that the workouts you’re doing are actually called weight training programs.
They consist of three different exercises:
The first is the main exercise, which is the weight you’re lifting.
The second is called an isolation exercise, in which you work out on a very slight incline.
And the third is the main exercise again.
